Las habita iones son pequeñas pero con lo indispensable, el personal amable y atento . Tiene buena ubicación ya que muy cerquita hay un Oxxo, bodega Aurrerá, lugares para ir a cenar o desayunar.
Is a good place to stay, the food is pretty good and the pool is pretty nice, is a great place to stay!!!
El hotel está bonito pero las habitaciones si son pequeñas, todo limpio, sin problemas con el agua caliente, tiene dos piscinas que están en servicio hasta las 11 de la noche, no tiene televisión por cable, pero en general todo bien.
Las habitaciones están un poco pequeñas pero cumplen perfecto con lo que se muestra , hay agua caliente , hay WiFi que se agradece , las personas de la recepción son muy amables , solo le pongo peros a la alberca que desde que llegamos estaban algo sucias o no se limpiaban bien y la tv decía que se debía el cable jaja asi que no pude mirarla ningún dia
Fue bastante tardar de la recepción y parecía que habían perdido mi reserva. No hay control dentro de el hotel y sus pasillos para poder descansar correctamente así que cualquier persona puede estar haciendo ruido mientras los demás nos encontramos dormidos. No hay teléfonos dentro de las habitaciones lo que hace bastante difícil la comunicación entre la habitación y la recepción. A la hora de realizar el check out tarde media hora Hasta que una persona se dignó a parecerse en la recepción para recibir mi habitación. Un detalle bastante interesante para mí es que a pesar de que tiene estacionamiento no se encuentra techado y para ser un lugar tan caluroso es bastante importante tenerlo
To be fair, I am accustomed to American hotels. The shower was plenty hot and powerful but leaked all over the tile floor. So we always used one of our limited towels to dry it up. Sheets were scratchy. AC has no remote, so the front desk has to come up and turn it on. Then the cleaning team turns it off. Pleasant environment.
Hotel amplio y de buena presentación. Aunque el hotel es algo viejo, han procurado remodelarlo, y el esfuerzo se ha hecho presente en las instalaciones. El plus, es que tiene dos albercas de buen tamaño, y área de descanso y recreación en las mismas. Hay centros comerciales en frente y en las calles laterales. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque no tan amplias. Es un muy buen hotel para descansar unos días en Ciudad Valles.
Es bonito lugar, si tiene wifi, es bueno para los que solo van a dormir y luego se van a los tours
